Dra. Maria L\u00facia Benhame est\u00e1 participando do congresso “XXIV World Congres ISLSSL” e no dia 19 debateu em um painel sobre igualdade de g\u00eanero e rela\u00e7\u00f5es sindicais com a Dra. Andrea Bucharles. O painel foi mediado pelo Prof. Kalula, Presidente do Comit\u00ea de liberdade Sindical da OIT.

O tema desenvolvido mostrou regras mundiais sobre equidade de g\u00eanero n\u00e3o s\u00f3 transnacionais, como de v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses integrantes da OCDE, em contraponto com a lei nacional, e como \u00e9 a atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos sindicatos no tema, e como melhora-la.

Tema que vai ainda exigir\u00a0muito\u00a0trabalho.
